Ingredients:
3 cucumbers
1/3 cup white vinegar
2/3 cup water
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper, fresh ground if possible
1/8 cup onions, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
Directions:
Peel the cucumbers and slice thinly.(The slicesmust
be almost paper thin to fully absorb the dressing.)2. Combine all the ingredients, making sure thesugar is completely dissolved.3. Add the dressing to the cucumber slices and mix well. Top off with a little paprika. May be served at room
temperature or chilled.
